After nearly six weeks of asking a new client to provide a high-resolution digital file of their logo so that I can begin work on designing their Web site, I finally received an e-mail with the logo attached. It was part of a 2.5-by-2-inch black-and-white newspaper ad that was sent to me pasted into a Word document.
